Anyway my ideas are quite similiar to yours, actually. In addition to very vague suggestions on wich beer to drink with that dish, I think it fails on illustrating common points between cocoa and porters or red fruits and lambics, for example.

Craft beer and beer-and-food pairings are still niche arguments ( here in Italy much more than in the US ). We can&#039;t really complain about a tool wich, at least, tells people that such pairings ARE possible.

PS: I wish I had your ability with the camera to support my passion about beer. Your blog is both a cultural and &quot;visual&quot; plasure, but you know that, right? ;)</description>
